1. No Refunds on Used Products Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been used or opened.
2. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at doublecupbis@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll review your request and send a replacement if approved.
3. Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, reach out within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent.
4. Order Cancellations Orders can not be cancelled after purchase.
5. Shipping Issues We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, but we will help resolve any problems to the best of our ability.
